The YouTube was helpful in the setup but did not cover the AI.
Called and Chasin was very helpful in setting up the AI motion detection. Cameras are very positive.

Cameras are high quality visuals and the smart illumination feature on these things is really handy. The smart light only clicks on if there's a person there or a car and it's extremely accurate with the detection part. The light actually helps me when i'm coming from my car at night too, which was a nice surprise. The image looks great on my TV and I did the installation myself. Had to call the tech support while setting up, just once, but they helped me right away and we're a friendly group of guys. Good camera system all around!

Great NVR! I love the size of it. Fits nice for my space and does same job as the bigger bulkier ones.

Cameras are excellent quality! Customer service is too notch professionals, very quick to respond, knowledgeable and friendly. Cameras are very easy to adjust!

bought many of these, western digital purple and seagate skyhawk drives which are very reliable.

I've purchased many systems with higher storage HDDs in them, the 16tbs and the 20tbs have been rock solid for me over the years. I was a little concerned at first with the 20TB only reading 17.99TB but after some research its due to computers displaying the storage in Tebibytes (TiB) rather than in Terabytes (TB).
17.99TiB = 20TB

This is my most used, favorite camera in the network. Granted, it's for residential security, but I've had suspects change course and leave when spotting the PTZ (especially if close enough to see the lense following them). It's perfect for capturing not only close up's of license plates (our plate reader does this well, too) but often times it helps to capture who is driving with clear usable footage. It's not used to surveil residents beyond incidentally capturing movements, but we're a small community that's close to a university and several homeless encampments. Criminal activity was on the uptick here and getting a solid camera network has proven to be invaluable to us. The last mail thief this prior summer never returned nor has much else happened since we were able to post high definition photos of the suspect and vehicle he used (it was found shortly after thanks to the usable footage and was a stolen vehicle, of course).
We also looked at Axis cameras, but found these to be of the quality we needed without a huge price tag. No regrets with any camera from this company. The installers also spoke highly of this brand almost suggesting they are TOO good for what we needed! Originally a neighbor had a no name Amazon ptz and it's night and day in the quality and reliability and usability of images and video. We also pay for gigaband internet for these, which makes for excellent real-time tracking footage and video.
